Who this site is for

This website is aimed at organizations, clubs, federations, and individuals interested in combat-sports event management.

The site is not designed specifically for children. If a minor uses a form or account on this site, we recommend doing so together with a parent or guardian.

What data we collect today

Newsletter sign-up: email address, an optional first name, and the page the sign-up came from. Sign-up requires your explicit consent, shown next to the form.

Account registration and login: email address, a password (stored securely and hashed by our authentication provider — Falcon Fight never stores or sees your plain-text password), your organization name, and your newsletter opt-in preference.

No other forms (such as a general contact form, payment, or support form) are active on the site yet. This policy will be updated before any new form goes live.

Why we process this data

To send the newsletter you signed up for, based on your consent.

To create and manage your account and let you sign in, as part of delivering the service you asked for.

To understand how the website is used, based on your consent, using the analytics tools described below.

Where your data is stored and processed

Website hosting: MijnDomein / Plesk (Netherlands).

Account and subscriber data storage: Supabase.

Newsletter and account emails: Resend.

Website analytics: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.

International data transfers

Some of the providers above (including Google and Microsoft) may process data outside the European Economic Area. As a solo, pre-company project, Falcon Fight has not yet formally verified or documented the specific safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) each provider relies on. This is listed as an open item below and will be resolved as the project grows.

How long we keep your data

Analytics data: kept for Google Analytics’ standard retention window (typically 14 months) before automatic deletion, unless changed in our account settings.

Newsletter subscriber data: kept until you unsubscribe.

Account data: kept while your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards where needed for security or legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Contact privacy@falconfight.eu for any of these requests.

If you are in the Netherlands, you can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website and its features change. The effective date above shows when it was last updated.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Non-essential cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner or preferences panel, available at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
