Open Platform

Built for Developers

Falcon Fight is a technically excellent platform built with modern web technologies. Designed for reliability, speed, and extensibility.

This page covers our tech stack, architecture principles, and integration pathways for developers building combat sports event software.

Tech Stack

Electron

Core

Cross-platform desktop application for arena-level reliability.

React

UI

Component-driven UI with a consistent design system across modules.

TypeScript

Core

Fully typed codebase - from timers to broadcast overlays.

Supabase

Backend

Realtime database, auth, and edge functions powering live sync.

WebSockets

Realtime

Sub-100ms event propagation across all connected devices.

OBS WebSocket

Broadcast

Direct broadcast integration - timer and scores drive the stream.

AI / LLM

Coming

Smart scheduling, commentary generation, and anomaly detection.

Plugin API

Roadmap

Open plugin system for custom integrations and third-party modules.

Architecture Principles

Realtime First

Every state change propagates in under 100ms. Supabase realtime subscriptions ensure juries, timers, and screens are always in sync.

Offline Capable

Critical functions like the fight timer and jury scoring work without internet. Changes sync automatically when connectivity returns.

Modular & Extensible

Each module is independently deployable. A plugin API allows custom integrations, third-party scoring systems, and venue hardware.
